He Gets Us is a campaign that invites all people to consider Jesus and why he matters.

Where It Began

In 2021, we couldn’t ignore what we were seeing across the country: rising loneliness, deep division, and anxiety at levels many had never experienced before. And nothing seemed to be helping.

We became convinced that Jesus — not the version obscured by headlines, hypocrisy, or agendas, but the authentic Jesus — could meet people right where they were and make a difference in their lives.

The Experiment

So we began a journey. It started as a simple experiment: show up in unexpected places and tell the story of Jesus in a way that sparks curiosity and invites conversation.

Our hope was that more people could encounter the greatest love story ever told for what it truly is — a love story.

What’s Happened

He Gets Us has brought Jesus into some of culture’s biggest spaces and conversations. Over the past four years, millions of people have responded. More people are talking about Jesus — and in ways that cut through the noise.

And these conversations are happening in a time when spiritual curiosity in America is growing.
